What if I’m a litle scared to rest? Is it so bad to work out every day? Surely it’s not.
Well, my new goals are to continue the old goals. I need to figure out what a healthy weight is for me and get there. And then maintain that. I know that I can, but it IS hard. I would really like to just not have to thinking about eating. Ha!
It was suggested that I try a Triathlon. I considered it but I don’t think I will. I actually don’t like running that much. I AM enjoying weight training and watching muscles form. Not that I would ever compete there or anything. Just that’s the exercise I actually like. But new goals are good.
