I’m enjoying writing in my journal and I have a tag for fitness and health where I’ve shared a few to different groups on FB and long story short, I’m making some of them more public and choosing to blog a bit about things. This is not intended to be a health or fitness blog. Just stories that somewhat relate to health and fitness.
I’m 40-something, married with three kids (four, if you count my husband) ages 14, 16 and 18. On January 1, 2017, I made a concerted effort to get down to a healthy weight in a healthy way. I’ve lost 90ish pounds in about 16 months and am now working to maintain that loss.
I started going to Planet Fitness in August 2017 and I people watch. A lot.
